What we collect

• Your first name, if you choose to give it.
• A record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to, the page you signed up on, and the date and time.
• Details you share with us through our contact form.

Why we collect it

We use your email and name to send you the Zovalor AI Brief and other marketing emails about our services, and to reply to requests you send us. We keep the consent record so we can show you agreed to hear from us.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us store data and send email, and only for those purposes.

Unsubscribe or delete your data

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@zovalor.com at any time to unsubscribe, see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it.

If you live in California, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use and share.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell it).
